The Chemical Dependency program is a three phase treatment program. The objective of the program is the full reintegration of recovering patients into their community. Treatment is based on abstinence and the solution of problems related to substance abuse. The program uses individual and group counseling modalities, plus community resources to assist the patient.
Assessment and Orientation
During treatment, the patient will learn that chemical dependence is a treatable disease that requires lifelong abstinence from the drug of choice. The patient will also learn the difference between abstinence and sobriety
