Carmen Iris Capeles Drug Treatment Program

The Carmen Iris Capeles methadone treatment clinic (hence forth; CIC); involves a comprehensive array of health, social, and human services, tailored to meet Individual patient needs. For many patients, the methadone treatment programs functions as their primary health care provider. Where specific health problems are diagnosed and treated, on-site or by referring our patients to specialized care health center that best facilities their needs. The CIC methadone treatment program offers medical and social services well beyond providing just a basic methadone treatment. The program includes a wide range of the following services:


 

Service at a Glance
  • Assessment and individual treatment planning to address overall psychosocial, substance abuse, and life needs. Weekly counseling services
  • Medical histories, annual physical examinations, and blood chemistry analyses.
  • Routine drug testing and medical treatment planning for abuse of alcohol and non-opiate drugs.
  • Assistance in accessing entitlements, gaining legal advice, arranging financial support, and obtaining stable housing.
  • Testing and treatment for TB and HIV/AIDS, Administration
